My Philosophy

I understand that therapy is not an easy  step to take and I take great privilege in working with you along your path. My first step is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey with unconditional acceptance. 

My Approach

I have a strong background in CBT, but also utilize interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy approaches. I will draw on the tools and techniques that best fit you and your unique challenges.
