Services & Cost
Individual Therapy Sessions
- Sessions offered to individuals aged 12 and older
- Individual sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length
- The cost per session is $150 (tax included)
- Sessions offered in-person or online (PHIPA compliant)
Insurance and Benefits Coverage
Many insurance and extended benefit plans provide coverage for Registered Psychotherapy services. Please check with your provider.
I am also happy to do direct billing with companies that allow this option. These include: Greenshield, Manulife, Claimsecure, BlueCross and Sunlife.
